Terms of Service

1. Overview

Welcome to FurHaven. By visiting our store and purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use this store.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and do not include taxes, which are calculated at checkout where applicable.
We may change prices, product descriptions, or availability at any time without notice. If a pricing or listing error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you by email and offer a correction or a full refund for that item.
Product photos are representative; minor differences in color or packaging may occur.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email.
We may cancel an order before shipment if an item is out of stock, a listing error occurred, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
Payment is processed through Shopify Payments and any other payment methods shown at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number.

4. Shipping

Shipping follows our published Shipping Policy: free shipping within the United States, orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–8 business days. We currently ship to US addresses only.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds follow our published Refund Policy: you have 30 days from delivery to request a return by contacting us first at david.ge.liu@gmail.com. For quality issues, we cover return shipping. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use this store or its products for any unlawful purpose, or resell products in a way that infringes another party's rights. We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, subject to applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" except for any warranties required by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Pet products should be used under supervision; we are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse of a product.
